The influence of evidence-based narrative nursing combined with auricular therapy on the anxiety psychology and self-management ability of patients with chronic prostatitis and depression
循证型叙事护理+耳穴疗法对慢性前列腺炎焦虑抑郁患者焦虑心理及自我管理能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析为慢性前列腺炎患者提供循证型叙事护理联合耳穴疗法，对其焦虑情绪、自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取100例慢性前列腺炎患者，来院接受治疗的时间为2024年2月至2025年10月，经随机数字表法进行分组，对照组与研究组各50例，分别接受常规护理干预、循证型叙事护理联合耳穴疗法，分析比较两组的焦虑情绪、自我管理能力。结果 与对照组干预后相比较，研究组的焦虑心理评分更低（P＜0.05），自我管理能力评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 为慢性前列腺炎患者提供循证型叙事护理联合耳穴疗法，不但能显著减轻其焦虑情绪，而且能让其自我管理能力显著提高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of providing evidence-based narrative nursing combined with auricular therapy for patients with chronic prostatitis on their anxiety levels and self-management abilities.
Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis were selected. The time of admission for treatment was from February 2024 to October 2025. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received evidence-based narrative nursing combined with auricular therapy. The anxiety levels and self-management abilities of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the intervention of the control group, the anxiety score of the study group was lower (P < 0.05), and the self-management ability score was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Providing evidence-based narrative nursing combined with auricular therapy for patients with chronic prostatitis can not only significantly reduce their anxiety levels but also significantly improve their self-management abilities.
