Retrospective analysis of nursing intervention combined with comprehensive nutritional nursing management based on the theory of knowledge, belief, and action in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy
知信行理论的护理干预联合全程营养护理管理在食管癌化疗患者中的回顾性分析

摘要

目的 分析知信行理论的护理干预联合全程营养护理管理在食管癌化疗患者中的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月期间，在本院化疗的60例食管癌患者为研究对象，开展回顾性研究。根据护理模式的不同分为对照组（n=30例，实施全程营养护理管理）与观察组（n=30例，实施基于知信行理论的护理干预联合全程营养护理管理）。对比两组患者干预后的营养指标、生活质量、不良反应程度。结果 观察组的各项生活质量评分均显著优于对照组，且不良反应程度明显更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对食管癌化疗患者实施基于知信行理论的护理干预联合全程营养护理管理，可改善患者营养状态、提升生活质量、降低不良反应发生率。

Abstract

Objective Analyze the effectiveness of nursing interventions based on the theory of knowledge, belief, and action combined with comprehensive nutritional nursing management in patients undergoing chemotherapy for esophageal cancer.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 60 esophageal cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. According to the different nursing modes, they were divided into a control group (n=30, implementing full course nutritional nursing management) and an observation group (n=30, implementing nursing intervention based on the theory of knowledge, belief, and action combined with full course nutritional nursing management). Compare the nutritional indicators, quality of life, and degree of adverse reactions between two groups of patients after intervention.
Results The quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with notably lower incidence of adverse reactions, all showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing nursing interventions based on the knowledge-attitude-practice theory combined with comprehensive nutritional care management for esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve their nutritional status, enhance quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
