Research on the value of using picture exchange communication in the rehabilitation care of children with autism
自闭症儿童康复护理中应用图片交换沟通的价值研究

摘要

目的 探究自闭症儿童康复护理中应用图片交换沟通的价值。方法 选取2024年4月-2025年4月本院收治的自闭症儿童病例资料50例，按照随机分组方式分为对照组（实施常规康复护理）和观察组（在常规康复护理基础上联合应用图片交换沟通训练），各25例，对比两组自闭症儿童学习能力，护理后的行为状态，心理状态和家属满意度。结果 观察组儿童的学习能力高于对照组，护理后的行为状态分低于对照组（P<0.05）；病情程度较对照组有所减轻（P<0.05）；观察组儿童家属满意度较高（P<0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论 在自闭症儿童的康复护理中，通过应用图片交流能够提高自闭症儿童的学习能力，改善自闭症儿童的行为状态促进儿童病情恢复，家属的护理满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of applying Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) in the rehabilitation care of children with autism.
Methods Select 50 cases of autistic children admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to April 2025. Randomly divide them into a control group (receiving conventional rehabilitation nursing) and an observation group (undergoing Picture Exchange Communication Training in addition to conventional rehabilitation nursing), with 25 cases in each group. Compare the learning abilities, behavioral status, psychological state, and family satisfaction of the two groups of autistic children after nursing
Results The observation group showed higher learning ability and lower behavioral status scores than the control group (P<0.05); the severity of the condition was alleviated compared to the control group (P<0.05); and the family satisfaction of the observation group was higher (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   In the rehabilitation care of children with autism, the application of PECS can improve their learning ability, enhance behavioral status, promote recovery from the condition, and result in higher family satisfaction.
