Observation on the effect of flipped classroom implementation in hierarchical training for nursing staff
基于翻转课堂的开展对护理人员层级培训的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析基于翻转课堂的开展对护理人员层级培训的效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月期间，本院护理层级为N0~N3的100名护理人员为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=50例，常规护理层级培训模式）与观察组（n=50例，基于翻转课堂的护理层级培训模式）。对比两组护理人员的综合考核成绩、岗位胜任能力、教学满意度。结果 观察组护士的理论知识考核、操作技能考核成绩、各项岗位胜任能力评分以及教学满意度，均显著高于对照组护士，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对护理人员开展基于翻转课堂的层级培训，可有效提升综合考核成绩、提高岗位胜任能力与教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of tiered training for nursing staff based on the flipped classroom model.
Methods A total of 100 nursing staff with hierarchical levels N0 to N3 from our hospital during January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=50, conventional nursing tiered training model) and an observation group (n=50, flipped classroom-based nursing tiered training model) using a random number table. The comprehensive assessment scores, job competency, and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group nurses demonstrated significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessments, operational skill evaluations, job competency ratings, and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing flipped classroom-based tiered training for nursing staff can effectively improve comprehensive assessment results, enhance job competency, and increase teaching satisfaction.
