摘要
目的 研究本文创新护理干预方法在研究对象中产生的影响。方法 回顾分析2025年1月至2025年12月80例患者的病历资料，其中2025年1月至2025年6月40例实施常规护理，设定为对照组；2025年7月至2025年12月40例实施多维度护理干预联合容量管理，设定为观察组。对比两组护理效果。结果 （1）心功能情况，观察组护理后指标水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。（2）心绞痛情况，观察组护理情况更优（P<0.05）。（3）护理满意度，观察组更高（P<0.05）。结论 本文回顾分析的护理方法效果佳，值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of multidimensional nursing intervention combined with volume management on patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods Review and analyze the medical records of 80 patients from January 2025 to December 2025, including 40 patients who received routine nursing care from January 2025 to June 2025, and set them as the control group; From July 2025 to December 2025, 40 cases of multidimensional nursing intervention combined with capacity management were implemented and set as the observation group. Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Results (1) Cardiac function: after nursing, the index levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). (2) The nursing situation of angina pectoris was better in the observation group (P<0.05). (3) Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing methods reviewed and analyzed in this article have shown good results and are worth adopting.
