The impact of staged goal-progressive nursing on the improvement rate of ADL disability training in stroke patients with hemiplegia
分阶段目标递进式护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者ADL失能项目训练改善率的影响

摘要

目的 探讨分阶段目标递进式护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力（ADL）失能项目训练改善率的影响。方法 选取62例2025年1月-2026年4月在本院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者，将数字随机表法作为分组方法分作两个组，31例常规组行常规护理，31例递进组实施分阶段目标递进式护理，对比两组康复训练依从性、ADL失能项目训练改善率。结果 递进组脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表评分较常规组高（P＜0.05）；递进组护理后ADL分级优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中偏瘫患者中，实施分阶段目标递进式护理可促进其康复训练依从性有效改善，进一步提升ADL失能项目训练改善率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of phased goal-progressive nursing on the improvement rate of activities of daily living (ADL) disability training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
Methods Sixty-two patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2025 to April 2026 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The conventional group (n=31) received routine care, while the progressive group (n=31) underwent phased goal-progressive nursing. The rehabilitation training compliance and ADL disability training improvement rates were compared between the two groups.
Results The progressive group scored higher on the functional exercise compliance scale than the conventional group (P<0.05). Post-intervention, the ADL classification in the progressive group was superior to that of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing phased goal-progressive nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively enhance their rehabilitation training compliance and further improve the ADL disability training improvement rate.
