Intervention effect of comprehensive nursing measures on treatment compliance of prostatitis patients
综合性护理措施对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预效果

摘要

目的 探析对前列腺炎患者提供综合性护理对患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选择2025年1月至2025年12月于我院收治的80例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，各40例，对照组常规护理，实验组综合性护理，对比两组患者的前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）；心理状态[焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）]；治疗依从性。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者症状评分优于对照组，P<0.05；对比心理状态，实验组优于对照组，P<0.05，对比患者的治疗依从性，实验组更高，P<0.05。结论 对前列腺炎患者提供综合性的护理措施，可以有效的改善患者的炎症状态，稳定患者心理状态，提升患者治疗依从性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of providing comprehensive nursing to patients with prostatitis on their treatment compliance.
Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive care. The symptom scores (NIH-CPSI) of prostatitis, psychological state [Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)], and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After providing different intervention measures to the two groups of patients, the symptom scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, P < 0.05; compared with the psychological state, the experimental group was better than the control group, p < 0.05; compared with the treatment compliance of the patients, the experimental group was higher, p < 0.05.
Conclusion   Providing comprehensive nursing measures to patients with prostatitis can effectively improve their inflammatory state, stabilize their psychological state, and enhance their treatment compliance.
