摘要
目的 分析优质护理措施在胎膜早破孕产妇围产期中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间收治的102例胎膜早破孕产妇，根据护理方案分为常规护理组与优质护理组。结果 优质护理组宫内感染率、切口感染率明显低于常规护理组，产后2小时出血量及住院时间显著更少，新生儿1分钟Apgar评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理措施可降低胎膜早破孕产妇围产期感染风险并改善母婴预后。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing measures in the perinatal period of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 102 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. According to the nursing plan, they were divided into a routine nursing group and a high-quality nursing group. Results The intrauterine infection rate and incision infection rate in the high-quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group. The postpartum 2-hour bleeding and hospitalization time were significantly less, and the 1-minute Apgar score of newborns was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing measures can reduce the risk of perinatal infection in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and improve maternal and infant prognosis.
