Based on the effect of the individualized nursing model under the Neuman model in severe cases of continuous blood purification
基于Neuman模式下个体化护理模式在持续血液净化重症中的效果

摘要

目的 探讨基于Neuman模式下个体化护理干预对持续血液净化重症患者生活质量和并发症的影响。方法 选择2023年5月-2024年5月102例行持续血液净化重症患者为研究目标，采用信封法随机将其分为对照组和研究组，每组51例。予对照组患者常规护理方案干预，研究组患者则接受基于Neuman模式下个体化护理干预，比较两组患者干预前后生活质量（CQOLI-74），并统计护理期间并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者护理前CQOLI-74各维度评分均无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后均提升且研究者提升幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率较对照组显著下降（P<0.05）。结论 在行持续血液净化重症患者护理管理中，应用基于Neuman模式下个体化护理干预有助于提升其生活质量并降低并发症发生率，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of individualized nursing intervention based on the Neuman model on the quality of life and complications of critically ill patients undergoing continuous blood purification.
Methods A total of 102 critically ill patients who underwent continuous blood purification from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research targets. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group by the envelope method, with 51 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing program intervention, while patients in the study group received individualized nursing intervention based on the Neuman model. The quality of life (CQOLI-74) of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention was compared, and the occurrence of complications during the nursing period was statistically analyzed.
Results There was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of CQOLI-74 between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05), but after nursing, they all increased, and the increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing management of critically ill patients undergoing continuous blood purification, the application of individualized nursing intervention based on the Neuman model helps improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion and application.
