Application of auricular acupressure with mung bean seeds combined with mirabilite external application in patients with acute pancreatitis accompanied by abdominal pain and distension
耳穴压豆联合芒硝外敷在急性胰腺炎伴腹痛腹胀患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在急性胰腺炎合并腹痛腹胀症状的患者干预中实施耳穴压豆+芒硝外敷的干预效果。方法 以回顾性研究的形式，对2025年3月至2026年3月在我院进行治疗的急性胰腺炎合并腹痛腹胀的患者资料进行搜集，根据临床采取的治疗方案不同分组，对照组实施常规西药对症干预，观察组则联合芒硝外敷及耳穴压豆的中西医结合疗法。比较两组患者干预后的中医证候积分及各项炎症因子水平，预后不良反应发生情况等。结果 观察组的各项中医证候积分及炎症因子水平均较低（P<0.05），且预后不良反应发生率较低（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆+芒硝外敷的干预方案，能够促进急性胰腺炎并腹痛腹胀患者的临床症状及炎症缓解，降低不良反应风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of auricular point pressing beans and external application of mirabilite in patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with abdominal pain and abdominal distension.
Methods In the form of retrospective study, the data of patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with abdominal pain and bloating who were treated in our hospital from March 2025 to March 2026 were collected, and they were divided into different groups according to the clinical treatment schemes. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine symptomatic intervention, while the observation group was treated with mirabilite external application and auricular point pressing with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The TCM syndrome score, levels of inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse prognosis reactions were compared between the two groups after intervention.
Results The scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were low (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in prognosis was low (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The intervention scheme of pressing beans at auricular points and external application of mirabilite can promote the relief of clinical symptoms and inflammation in patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with abdominal pain and bloating, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
