摘要
目的 分析在产妇产后母乳喂养管理中采取责任制护理的实际价值。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年6月在本院接受治疗的80例产妇，以随机数字表法分组，各40例。对照组为常规护理，观察组实施责任制护理模式，比较两组的母乳喂养率、护理人员管理能力及护理满意度等指标。结果 观察组的母乳喂养率及护理满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。在各维度的护理人员管理能力评分中，观察组均较高（P<0.05）。结论 在产妇产后母乳喂养管理中实施责任制护理，能够有效提升产妇的母乳喂养率，增强护理人员的管理能力，推动护理满意度提升，显示出良好价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the practical value of responsibility-based nursing in postpartum breastfeeding management. Methods Eighty postpartum women treated in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 each. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received responsibility-based nursing care. Breastfeeding rate, nursing staff management ability, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group also showed higher scores in nursing staff management ability across all dimensions (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing responsibility-based nursing in postpartum breastfeeding management can effectively improve the breastfeeding rate, enhance the management ability of nursing staff, and promote nursing satisfaction, demonstrating significant value.
