Evaluation of the impact of narrative psychological nursing combined with mindfulness based stress reduction intervention on coping modes and satisfaction of male schizophrenia patients
叙事心理护理联合正念减压干预对男性精神分裂症患者应对方式及满意度的影响评估

摘要

目的 分析叙事心理护理联合正念减压干预对男性精神分裂症患者应对方式及护理满意度的影响。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间收治的92例男性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，根据接受护理方案的不同时间分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（叙事心理护理联合正念减压干预）。结果 观察组面对评分显著高于对照组，回避和屈服评分更低，护理满意度总分更高（P<0.05）。结论 叙事心理护理联合正念减压干预通过重构疾病叙事体验和增强情绪觉察能力，引导男性精神分裂症患者形成更积极的应对模式，并提升其对护理服务的认可度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of narrative psychological nursing combined with mindfulness based stress reduction intervention on coping strategies and nursing satisfaction of male patients with schizophrenia.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 92 male patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. According to the different time of receiving nursing plan, they were divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (narrative psychological nursing combined with mindfulness based stress reduction intervention).
Results The observation group had significantly higher face scores than the control group, lower avoidance and surrender scores, and a higher total nursing satisfaction score (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Narrative psychological nursing combined with mindfulness based stress reduction intervention can guide male patients with schizophrenia to form more positive coping patterns and enhance their recognition of nursing services by reconstructing their disease narrative experience and enhancing their emotional awareness.
