The application effect of comprehensive insulation measures in the nursing work of cesarean section operating room
剖宫产手术室护理工作中全方位保温措施的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究剖宫产手术室护理工作采取全方位保温措施的效果。方法 选取本院收治120例剖宫产手术患者（时段：2024年9月-2025年9月），随机分为2个组别，即对照组（60例，常规手术室护理）、观察组（60例，全方位保温措施）。对比2组围手术期体温、并发症情况。结果 对比切皮时（T2）、手术15分钟（T3）、胎儿娩出时（T4）、手术结束时（T5）体温，观察组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。对比2组患者并发症（寒战、低体温）情况，观察组发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 剖宫产手术室护理工作采取全方位保温措施能有效维持核心体温，降低相关并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of adopting comprehensive insulation measures in the nursing work of cesarean section operating room.
Methods 120 patients undergoing cesarean section surgery admitted to our hospital (period: September 2024 to September 2025) were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (60 cases, receiving routine operating room care) and an observation group (60 cases, receiving comprehensive insulation measures). Compare the perioperative body temperature and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The temperature at the time of skin incision (T2), 15 minutes after surgery (T3), at the time of fetal delivery (T4), and at the end of surgery (T5) was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the incidence of complications (shivering, hypothermia) between two groups of patients, the observation group had a lower incidence rate than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting comprehensive insulation measures in the nursing work of cesarean section operating room can effectively maintain core body temperature and reduce the risk of related complications.
