Observation on the efficacy of comprehensive pressure ulcer nursing intervention in the care of critical patients in the ICU
压疮综合护理干预应用于ICU重症患者护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的 在于分析压疮综合护理干预应用于ICU重症患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选择2023年5月-2026年5月的ICU重症患者病历资料80例，按照随机分组方式分为对照组（实施常规护理）和观察组（常规护理基础上实施压疮综合护理），各40例，分析两组患者的压疮发生风险情况，对两组患者的感染情况和护理满意度进行分析。结果 观察组的压疮风险和感染情况均低于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组的护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 压疮综合护理干预的实施，有利于减少ICU重症患者的压疮风险，降低患者的感染情况，还能提高患者的护理满意率。有利于患者的身体机能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of comprehensive pressure ulcer nursing intervention in the care of critical patients in the ICU.
Methods A total of 80 medical records from critically ill patients admitted to the ICU between May 2023 and May 2026 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional nursing care) and an observation group (receiving comprehensive pressure ulcer nursing intervention in addition to conventional nursing care), with 40 cases in each group. The incidence of pressure ulcers, infection rates, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group exhibited significantly lower pressure ulcer risk and infection rates compared to the control group (P<0.05); its nursing satisfaction was also higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementation of comprehensive pressure ulcer nursing intervention effectively reduces pressure ulcer risk and infection rates in critically ill ICU patients, improves nursing satisfaction, and facilitates physical functional recovery.
