Current situation, cause analysis and intervention measures of job burnout among operating room nurses
手术室护士职业倦怠现状及原因分析和干预措施

摘要

目的 分析手术室护士职业倦怠现状及原因。方法 随机抽样院内手术室护士60名，完成一般资料调查表与职业倦怠量表（MBI）的填写，收集问卷量表资料，分析手术室护士的职业倦怠现状以及相关原因。结果 60名护士MBI的总分得分为（84.67±6.75）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示：月平均夜班频次增多、睡眠质量差、周平均工作时长增加、长时间精神状态紧张、工作与家庭冲突、身心耗竭、情感疏离、职业价值感缺失、职业前途迷茫是手术室护士职业倦怠的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室护士存在一定程度的职业倦怠情况，多方面因素导致，应当对这部分护士给予针对性支持以缓解其职业倦怠。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current situation, causes and intervention measures of job burnout among operating room nurses.
Methods The research sample consisted of 60 operating room nurses. The data collection period was from November to December 2025. All nurses completed the general information questionnaire and the Job Burnout Inventory (MBI) form. The collected questionnaire data were analyzed to investigate the current situation of career burnout among operating room nurses and the related influencing factors.
Results The total score of MBI for the 60 nurses was (84.67 ± 6.75) points. The multiple linear regression analysis results showed that the increase in the average monthly night shift frequency, poor sleep quality, increase in the average weekly working hours, long-term mental tension, work-family conflict, physical and mental exhaustion, emotional detachment, lack of professional value sense, and career confusion were the influencing factors of job burnout among operating room nurses (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The job burnout of operating room nurses is at a moderate level, and there is a certain degree of job burnout. It involves multiple factors. Targeted support should be given to these nurses to alleviate their job burnout.
