摘要
目的 分析加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理在急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法 选择2025年1月-2025年12月于我院接受腹腔镜下急性阑尾炎手术的60例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组30例，对照组常规护理，实验组加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理，对比两组患者临床指标、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组各项指标优于对照组，P<0.05，对比并发症发生率，实验组更低，P <0.05，评估护理满意度，实验组更高，P<0.05。结论 为急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术的患者提供加速康复外科联合无缝衔接护理，可以降低并发症的产生，改善患者的临床指标，提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of accelerated recovery surgery combined with seamless nursing care in laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis in our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the experimental group received accelerated recovery surgery combined with seamless nursing care. The clinical indicators, complication rates, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After providing different interventions, the experimental group showed superior outcomes in all indicators compared to the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing accelerated recovery surgery combined with seamless nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis can reduce the incidence of complications, improve clinical indicators, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
