Discussion on the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing appropriate techniques combined with Baduanjin on elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke
中医护理适宜技术联合八段锦对老年脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者的干预效果探讨

摘要

目的 探究中医护理技术与八段锦干预对于老年脑卒中患者发生痉挛性偏瘫的护理效果。方法 将2023年2月-2025年2月的68例老年脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的患者作为研究对象，将其分成两组，分别为观察组和对照组，各34例。两组分别实施常规护理与中医护理技术联合八段锦干预。结果 观察组护理满意度为97.06%，明显高于对照组；观察组不良反应发生率为2.94%，明显低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于老年脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者而言，实施中医护理适宜技术联合八段锦，能够显著改善患者对于护理工作的认可度，使得患者对于后续护理工作能够更加配合，从而保证护理质量，降低患者不良反应的发生几率，值得参考。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques combined with Baduanjin on elderly stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia.
Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group received TCM nursing techniques combined with Baduanjin intervention, while the control group received conventional nursing.
Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.06%, significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.94%, significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia following stroke, the implementation of appropriate Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques combined with Baduanjin exercise can significantly improve patients' recognition of nursing care, enhance their cooperation with subsequent nursing interventions, and thereby ensure the quality of care and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. This approach is worthy of reference.
