精细化管理模式下抢救车和急救仪器的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 研究精细化管理模式下抢救车和急救仪器的应用效果。方法 将2023年1月-2025年1月院内参与抢救车与急救仪器应用的30名医护人员纳入研究，其中2023年1月-2024年1月实施传统管理模式视为参照组，2024年2月-2025年1月实施精细化管理模式视为研究组，比较两组抢救车管理评分、急救仪器损耗率。结果 研究组抢救车管理评分中药品损耗、药品有效应用、日常检查、问题发现评分均高于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组急救仪器损耗率低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化管理模式下抢救车和急救仪器的应用效果明显，一方面提高抢救车管理质量，另一方面减轻急救仪器损耗。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of ambulances and emergency equipment under a refined management model.
Methods A total of 30 medical staff members who participated in the use of emergency carts and life‑saving equipment within the hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were enrolled in this study. Those from January 2023 to January 2024, during which the traditional management model was applied, were assigned to the control group, while those from February 2024 to January 2025, during which the refined management model was implemented, were assigned to the study group. The emergency cart management scores and the damage rate of emergency equipment were compared between the two groups.
Results In the study group, the scores for medication consumption, effective medication utilization, routine inspections, and problem identification were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The wear and tear rate of emergency equipment in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of ambulances and emergency equipment under a refined management model demonstrates significant benefits, improving ambulance management quality while reducing equipment wear and tear.
