Communication skills of nursing staff and establishment of patient-caregiver collaboration during endoscopic procedures
内镜操作过程中护理人员沟通技巧与患者合作关系的构建

摘要

目的 探究内镜操作全程护理人员针对性沟通技巧的临床应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月-6月我院消化内科收治的100例接受胃镜、肠镜常规内镜检查与微创治疗患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法完成均等分组，设立对照组与实验组各50例；对照组实施临床常规内镜护理沟通模式；实验组在常规护理基础上，基于患者心理状态、年龄层次、认知水平及诊疗诉求定制个性化沟通方案。结果 实验组患者操作总依从率显著高于对照组，焦虑抑郁自评量表（SAS/SDS）评分显著低于对照组，护患满意度评分显著高于对照组，组间各项数据对比差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 内镜操作全过程优化护理沟通技巧、搭建良性互动护患合作关系，可有效缓解患者负性情绪与生理应激，大幅提升诊疗配合度，保障内镜操作安全顺畅开展，同时改善整体护理质量与患者就医获得感，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of targeted communication skills for nursing staff throughout endoscopic procedures.
Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology from January to June 2024 who underwent routine endoscopic examinations (gastroscopy, colonoscopy) and minimally invasive treatments were selected as study subjects. Equal groups were formed using a random number table method, with 50 cases each assigned to the control group and experimental group. The control group received conventional clinical endoscopic nursing communication protocols, while the experimental group received customized communication plans based on patients’ psychological status, age groups, cognitive levels, and diagnostic/therapeutic needs.
Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher overall compliance rates and nurse-patient satisfaction scores compared to the control group. Conversely, the experimental group exhibited significantly lower self-rated anxiety/depression (SAS/SDS) scores. All intergroup comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Optimizing nursing communication skills throughout endoscopic procedures and establishing positive nurse-patient collaborative relationships can effectively alleviate negative emotions and physiological stress in patients, significantly improve diagnostic/therapeutic cooperation, ensure safe and smooth endoscopic procedures, and enhance overall nursing quality and patient satisfaction. These findings warrant clinical application and promotion.
