A study on early rehabilitation nursing combined with advance care planning in ICU patients with respiratory failure
早期康复护理联合预立医疗照护计划在ICU呼吸衰竭患者中的研究

摘要

目的 分析早期康复护理联合预立医疗照护计划在ICU呼吸衰竭患者中的干预效果。方法 收集2025年1月至2025年12月到医院诊治的ICU呼吸衰竭患者的资料进行回顾性分析，纳入对象共100例，按照护理方式进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，n=50）、研究组（早期康复护理+预立医疗照护计划，n=50）。对比两组的疲乏症状、心理状态、肺功能及呼吸功能。结果 疲乏症状评分、焦虑评分及抑郁评分，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在用力肺活量与呼吸功能评分上，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对ICU呼吸衰竭患者，实施早期康复护理+预立医疗照护计划的干预效果确切，能减轻疲乏症状，改善心理状态，增强肺功能及呼吸功能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of early rehabilitation nursing combined with advance care planning in ICU patients with respiratory failure.
Methods Data from ICU patients with respiratory failure treated at the hospital between January 2025 and December 2025 were collected for retrospective analysis. A total of 100 patients were included and grouped according to nursing interventions: the control group (conventional care, n=50) and the study group (early rehabilitation care + advance care planning, n=50). Fatigue symptoms, psychological status, pulmonary function, and respiratory function were compared between the two groups.
Results The study group scored lower than the control group on fatigue, anxiety, and depression scales (P < 0.05). The study group also demonstrated superior performance to the control group in forced vital capacity and respiratory function scores (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For ICU patients with respiratory failure, the intervention combining early rehabilitation care and advance care planning is effective in alleviating fatigue symptoms, improving psychological status, and enhancing pulmonary and respiratory function.
