A study on the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and daily living abilities of patients with acute cerebral infarction
早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及生活能力的影响研究

摘要

目的 重点探究急性脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理的所取效果，评估对神经功能、生活能力、并发症发生率产生的影响。方法 界定研究起止时间为2024年1月-2025年12月，选择在上述时间段内本院就诊的急性脑梗死患者60人对照研究，根据随机数字表法均衡划分为对照组、观察组，前者予以常规护理，后者施以早期康复护理，对比神经功能、生活能力、并发症发生率。结果 不同护理模式应用后，观察组神经功能、生活能力改善效果优于对照组，并发症发生率较对照组偏低（P<0.05）。结论 予以急性脑梗死患者早期康复护理在改善神经功能，提高生活能力以及构建良好护患关系方面具有积极意义，可借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To focus on the effects of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction, evaluating its impact on neurological function, daily living abilities, and complication rates.
Methods The study period was defined as January 2024 to December 2025. A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital during this timeframe were selected for a controlled study. They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. The neurological function, daily living abilities, and complication rates were then compared between the two groups.
Results After applying different nursing models, the observation group demonstrated superior improvements in neurological function and daily living abilities compared to the control group, with a lower complication rate (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction has positive implications for improving neurological function, enhancing daily living abilities, and fostering effective nurse-patient relationships, making it a valuable approach to consider.
