摘要
目的 探究分析肿瘤化疗患者应用经外周静脉置入 中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters，PICC）期间给予全程护理对导管相关感染并发症的影响。方法 回顾性分析2025年1月至2025年8月期间，院内80例接受PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者病历资料。其中2025年1月至2025年4月的40例患者接受常规护理，作为对照组。2025年5月至2025年8月的40例患者接受全程护理，作为观察组。对比两组导管相关感染并发症发生率及自我管理能力。结果 干预前两组自我护理能力测定量表（Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale，ESCA）评分对比，P＞0.05。干预后观察组ESCA评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组导管相关感染并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 全程护理可显著改善患者导管相关感染并发症发生率及自我管理能力，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing care during Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters, PICC) placement on catheter-related infection complications in cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 80 cancer chemotherapy patients who underwent PICC placement in our hospital from January 2025 to August 2025. Forty patients who received routine nursing care from January 2025 to April 2025 served as the control group. Forty patients who received comprehensive nursing care from May 2025 to August 2025 served as the observation group. The incidence of catheter-related infection complications and self-management ability were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was a significant difference in ESCA scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale, ESCA) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of catheter-related infection complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can significantly improve the incidence of catheter-related infection complications and patients’ self-management ability, and is worthy of promotion and application.
