Study on the intervention effects of ear acupressure with beans combined with routine nursing on sleep disorders and anxiety in patients with schizophrenia
耳穴压豆联合常规护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍及焦虑情绪的干预效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨对精神分裂症患者实施耳穴压豆联合常规护理对其睡眠障碍、焦虑情绪的影响。方法 选取2025年2月-2026年2月在本院治疗的98例精神分裂症患者，随机分作两组，49例常规组行常规护理，49例联合组于常规护理基础上予以耳穴压豆干预，对比两组睡眠障碍、焦虑情绪改善情况。结果 联合组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）中睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分均低于常规组（P＜0.05）；联合组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 在精神分裂症患者中，予以耳穴压豆联合常规护理可促进其睡眠障碍及焦虑情绪有效改善。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of ear acupoint seed adhesion combined with conventional nursing on sleep disorders and anxiety in patients with schizophrenia.
Methods A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional group (49 cases) received routine nursing, while the combined group (49 cases) received ear acupoint seed adhesion intervention in addition to routine nursing. The improvements in sleep disorders and anxiety were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores for sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, and daytime dysfunction in the combined group were all lower than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05). The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score in the combined group was also lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In patients with schizophrenia, ear acupoint seed adhesion combined with conventional nursing can effectively improve sleep disorders and anxiety.
