摘要
目的 探究对接受雾化吸入治疗的小儿肺炎患儿实施精细化护理的效果。方法 选择2024年9月-2025年9月本院收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿随机分组，将常规护理的50例患儿纳入对照组，精细化护理的50例患儿纳入观察组，对比两组护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、降钙素原（PCT）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平更低；动脉血氧分压（PaO2）与护理满意度评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿肺炎的雾化治疗中，精细化护理有助于提高治疗效果，促进康复。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing care on children with pneumonia undergoing nebulization therapy. Methods 100 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients receiving routine care were included in the control group, and 50 patients receiving refined care were included in the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower levels of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), procalcitonin (PCT), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP); Arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) and nursing satisfaction score were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nebulization treatment of pediatric pneumonia, refined nursing can help improve treatment effectiveness and promote recovery.
