三级质控管理对消毒供应室护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析三级质控管理对消毒供应室护理质量的影响。方法 将2025年2月-2025年7月间我院消毒供应室20名工作人员、100例患者纳入对照组，实施常规质控管理，将2025年8月-2026年2月间我院消毒供应室20名工作人员、100例患者纳入实验组，接受三级质控管理。对比两组器械管理质量评分及医院感染发生率差异。结果 实验组供应室器械管理评分中器械的回收、清洗、灭菌、包装、存储及发放评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组医院感染发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 三级质控管理对医院消毒供应室全流程护理管理质量提升有积极作用，可提升管理质量，降低医院感染发生率，在消毒供应室中具备应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of three-level quality control management on nursing quality in the disinfection supply room.
Methods From February to July 2025, 20 staff members and 100 patients in the hospital’s disinfection supply room were included in the control group and subjected to routine quality control management. From August 2025 to February 2026, 20 staff members and 100 patients in the hospital’s disinfection supply room were included in the experimental group and received three-level quality control management. The differences in instrument management quality scores and hospital infection incidence rates between the two groups were compared.
Results The scores for instrument recovery, cleaning, sterilization, packaging, storage, and distribution in the experimental group’s supply room instrument management were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The hospital infection incidence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Three-level quality control management has a positive effect on improving the overall nursing management quality of hospital disinfection supply rooms. It can enhance management quality and reduce hospital infection incidence, thus having application value in disinfection supply rooms.
