Application of the CDIO model combined with scenario simulation in cardiovascular nursing education for undergraduate nursing students
CDIO模式联合情景模拟在护理本科生心血管护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 研究构思-设计-实现-运行（Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate, CDIO）教学模式与情景模拟教学联合应用在护理本科心血管护理课程中的实际效果。方法选取某校护理本科学生48人为研究对象，分两组，每组24人。对照组采用常规课堂讲授与示范教学模式，观察组在相同教学周期内实施CDIO模式结合情景模拟教学。课程结束后，对比两组理论及实践操作成绩、教学满意度。结果 观察组理论成绩与实践操作成绩及学生对教学方式的总满意度高于对照（P<0.05）。结论 将CDIO模式与情景模拟相结合用于护理本科生心血管护理教学，有助于增强学生理论应用能力、规范实践操作、强化临床思维与应急处置能力，教学效果优于传统教学方式，适合在心血管护理及同类临床护理课程中推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the practical effects of combining the Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate (CDIO) teaching model with scenario-based simulation teaching in cardiovascular nursing courses for undergraduate nursing students.
Methods A total of 48 nursing undergraduates from a university were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups, with 24 students each. The control group received conventional classroom lectures and demonstration-based teaching, while the observation group implemented the CDIO model combined with scenario-based simulation teaching over the same teaching period. After the course, the theoretical and practical performance scores, as well as teaching satisfaction, were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group demonstrated higher theoretical and practical performance scores and greater overall satisfaction with the teaching methods compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Integrating the CDIO model with scenario-based simulation in cardiovascular nursing teaching for nursing undergraduates enhances students’ theoretical application skills, standardizes practical operations, and strengthens clinical thinking and emergency response abilities. This teaching approach yields better outcomes than traditional methods and is suitable for promotion in cardiovascular nursing and similar clinical nursing courses.
