The impact of integrated nursing based on the nursing process combined with pain control on postoperative rehabilitation and pain degree of patients with lower limb fractures
基于护理程序的整体护理联合疼痛控制下肢骨折患者术后康复及疼痛程度的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于护理程序的整体护理联合疼痛控制在下肢骨折患者的应用效果。方法 选取2025年8月-2026年3月我院收治的70例下肢骨折患者，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=35）与基于护理程序的整体护理联合疼痛控制（观察组，n=35）的临床效果。结果 观察组术后12h、24h、48h视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后Lysholm各项评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 下肢骨折患者基于护理程序开展整体护理联合疼痛控制，可以减轻疼痛程度，有助于促进肢体功能恢复，降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated nursing based on the nursing process combined with pain control in patients with lower limb fractures.
Methods 70 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2025 to March 2026 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=35) and integrated nursing based on the nursing process combined with pain control (observation group, n=35) were compared.
Results The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the observation group at 12h, 24h, and 48h after surgery were all lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of various items of Lysholm in the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with lower limb fractures, conducting integrated nursing based on the nursing process combined with pain control can reduce pain degree, promote limb function recovery, and lower the risk of complications.
