摘要
目的 探究循证护理在产后尿潴留预防及护理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2025年1月-2025年12月收治的921例患者进行研究，随机数字表示分成对照组（n=460）和观察组（n=461），对照组常规护理，观察组循证护理，分析两组患者的临床指标；尿潴留发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，观察组患者临床指标优于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者尿潴留发生率，观察组低于对照组，p<0.05。结论 为产后患者提供循证护理，可以改善其临床指标，降低尿潴留的产生，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention and nursing of postpartum urinary retention. Methods 921 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=460) and the observation group (n=461). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The clinical indicators and the incidence of urinary retention of the two groups were analyzed. Results After providing different nursing measures to the two groups of patients, the clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing evidence-based nursing for postpartum patients can improve their clinical indicators and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention, which is worthy of promotion.
