摘要
目的 探讨围术期应用基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养护理干预胰腺癌患者的效果。方法 在2024年1月-2026年1月选取62例择期进行手术治疗的胰腺癌患者，根据摸球法随机分组。对照组给予常规营养护理，观察组给予基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养护理干预。对比2组营养指标。结果 护理后2组中观察营养指标水平最高，2组对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论 围术期应用基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养护理干预胰腺癌患者效果显著，可有效改善其营养状态，值得应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nutritional care intervention based on nutritional risk screening during the perioperative period for pancreatic cancer patients. Methods From January 2024 to January 2026, 62 patients scheduled for surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer were selected and randomly grouped according to the ball-drawing method. The control group received routine nutritional care, while the observation group received personalized nutritional care intervention based on nutritional risk screening. The nutritional indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the nutritional indicators of both groups reached the highest level. The comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of personalized nutritional care intervention based on nutritional risk screening during the perioperative period for pancreatic cancer patients has a significant effect, which can effectively improve their nutritional status and is worthy of application.
