Study on the application of comfort nursing under ultrasound in ICU
超声下舒适化护理在ICU的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析在重症加强监护病房（ICU）患者临床护理中引入超声下舒适化护理的实际价值；方法 以回顾性研究形式，对2023年7月至2025年12月在本院ICU接受治疗的400例急危重症患者为研究对象，根据所行护理模式不同分组，各200例。对照组为常规护理模式，观察组为超声下舒适化护理模式，比较两组的临床指标、舒适度及护理满意度；结果 观察组患者的机械通气时间更短（P<0.05），但ICU住院时间差异不大（P＞0.05）。观察组各维度舒适状况评分均更高，且观察组的护理满意度更佳，置管相关操作成功率更高而时间更短（P<0.05）；结论 在ICU患者中采取超声下舒适化护理，以超声引导来提升护理干预的精准性，能够缩短患者机械通气时间，提升患者护理舒适度及满意度，优化置管相关操作，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of comfort nursing under ultrasound in clinical nursing of ICU patients.
Methods In the form of retrospective study, 400 critically ill patients who were treated in ICU of our hospital from July 2023 to December 2025 were divided into different groups according to the nursing mode, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was conventional nursing mode, and the observation group was comfortable nursing mode under ultrasound. The clinical indexes, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The time of mechanical ventilation in the observation group was shorter (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in ICU stay (P > 0.05). In the observation group, the scores of all dimensions of comfort were higher, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better, and the success rate of catheter-related operations was higher and the time was shorter (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Taking comfort nursing under ultrasound in ICU patients and improving the accuracy of nursing intervention under ultrasound guidance can shorten the mechanical ventilation time of patients, improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients, and optimize the related operation of catheterization, which has good application value.
