6S管理赋能肝脏围手术期SHE护理模式的实践与效果研究

摘要

目的 分析6S管理赋能肝脏围手术期安全-健康-环境（Safety-Health-Environment ,SHE）护理模式的实践与效果。方法 该研究将2025年11月至2026年3月期间到医院诊治的肝脏手术患者当作对象进行回顾性分析，纳入对象共100例，依照护理方法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，n=50）、研究组（6S管理赋能肝脏围手术期SHE护理模式，n=50）。对比两组的负性心态、生活质量、疼痛程度、自护能力及并发症。结果 研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分低于对照组；生活质量测定简表（WHOQOL-BREF）、自我护理能力量表（ESCA）评分高于对照组，并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肝脏手术，实施6S管理赋能肝脏围手术期SHE护理模式的效果确切，能舒缓负性心态，减少并发症，加快术后康复速度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practice and effectiveness of 6S management in empowering liver perioperative safety, health, and environment (SHE ) nursing models.
Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the patients with liver surgery who were treated in the hospital from November 2025 to March 2026. A total of 100 cases were included, and they were grouped according to the nursing methods, divided into the control group (conventional nursing, n=50) and the study group (6S management enabling the SHE nursing model for the liver surgery perioperative period, n=50). The negative mindset, quality of life, pain degree, self-care ability and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group; The scores of WHOQOL-BREF and ESCA were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For liver surgery, implementing the 6S management enabling the SHE nursing model has definite effects, which can relieve negative mindset, reduce complications and accelerate the postoperative recovery speed.
