门诊优质护理对患者心理状态及疾病认知能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析门诊优质护理对患者心理状态及疾病认知能力的影响。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2024年2月至2025年2月期间收治的门诊就诊患者，共计人数120例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规门诊护理），观察组（门诊优质护理干预），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据做整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析门诊优质护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者心理状况评分较对照组更低，对疾病的认知能力评分与护理满意度则均高于对照组，两组对比P值小于0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 针对门诊患者开展优质护理干预，能有效减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理，显著提升患者对疾病的认知能力，提高护理满意度，构建和谐的医患关系，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing care in outpatient settings on patients’ psychological status and disease cognition.
Methods The study enrolled 120 outpatients admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025. Participants were randomly divided into two groups using computerized randomization: the control group (standard outpatient nursing care) and the observation group (high-quality outpatient nursing intervention). Relevant indicators were recorded and statistically analyzed to evaluate the application value of high-quality nursing intervention.
Results The observation group showed lower psychological status scores and higher disease cognition scores and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P <0.05, statistically significant).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing intervention for outpatient patients can effectively alleviate adverse psychological symptoms such as anxiety and depression, significantly improve disease cognition, enhance nursing satisfaction, and foster harmonious doctor-patient relationships. The overall outcomes are definitive and suitable for widespread implementation.
