The impact of precision nursing based on pain trajectory on postoperative complications and pain severity in patients with traumatic fractures
基于疼痛轨迹的精准护理对创伤骨折患者术后并发症及疼痛程度的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于疼痛轨迹的精准护理在创伤骨折患者术后的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月我院收治的80例创伤骨折手术患者，按照不同护理方法分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=40）与基于疼痛轨迹的精准护理（观察组，n=40）的临床效果。结果 观察组干预后心理弹性评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后1d、3d、1周视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale ,VAS）评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 创伤骨折患者术后基于疼痛轨迹开展精准护理，可以提升患者心理弹性，有助于减轻术后疼痛程度，降低并发症风险，促进患者骨折尽快恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of precision nursing based on pain trajectory in patients with traumatic fractures after surgery.
Methods 80 patients with traumatic fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n = 40) and precision nursing based on pain trajectory (observation group, n = 40) were compared.
Results The psychological resilience scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the observation group on the 1st day, 3rd day, and 1 week after surgery were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Precision nursing based on pain trajectory for patients with traumatic fractures after surgery can improve patients' psychological resilience, help reduce postoperative pain severity, lower the risk of complications, and promote the rapid recovery of patients’ fractures.
