护理实践标准化及规范化管理体系构建

摘要

目的 探讨护理实践标准化及规范化管理体系的构建与应用效果，为临床护理管理优化提供依据。方法 选取我院800例住院患者及80名护理人员，分为常规护理管理的对照组与实施标准化规范化管理体系的观察组，对比两组护理质量与核心能力、护理安全及患者满意度两项指标。结果 观察组护理质量各维度评分及护理人员核心能力成绩均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理不良事件发生率明显降低，患者满意度显著提升，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 构建护理实践标准化及规范化管理体系可有效规范护理行为、提升护理质量与人员专业能力，降低护理风险，改善患者就医体验，促进护理管理向科学化、精细化、同质化方向发展，对保障护理安全、构建和谐护患关系、推动护理学科高质量发展具有重要价值，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the construction and application effect of the standardized and normalized management system for nursing practice, and provide a basis for optimizing clinical nursing management.
Methods A total of 800 inpatients and 80 nursing staff from our hospital were selected and divided into a control group receiving routine nursing management and an observation group implementing the standardized and normalized management system. The nursing quality and core capabilities of nursing staff, as well as nursing safety and patient satisfaction, were compared between the two groups.
Results The scores of various dimensions of nursing quality and the core capability scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse nursing events was significantly reduced, and patient satisfaction was significantly improved, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Constructing a standardized and normalized management system for nursing practice can effectively standardize nursing behaviors, improve nursing quality and professional capabilities of personnel, reduce nursing risks, enhance patient medical experience, promote the development of nursing management towards scientific, refined, and homogenized directions. It is of great value for ensuring nursing safety, building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, and promoting high-quality development of the nursing discipline, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
