Analysis of the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes, hypertension, and coronary heart disease
综合护理干预对老年糖尿病、高血压合并冠心病患者的有效性分析

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理干预对老年糖尿病、高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果，为临床老年多慢性病合并症患者的护理干预提供可靠参考依据。方法 选取我院收治的120例老年糖尿病、高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象，按护理措施不同分为对照组（常规临床护理）与观察组（综合护理干预），比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组血糖、血压水平均显著低于对照组；观察组冠心病症状缓解率、护理总满意度均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年糖尿病、高血压合并冠心病患者实施综合护理干预，能有效控制患者血糖、血压水平，改善冠心病症状，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, and to provide a reliable reference for the nursing intervention of elderly patients with multiple chronic comorbidities in clinical practice.
Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (routine clinical nursing) and the observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention) according to different nursing measures, and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group; the relief rate of coronary heart disease symptoms and the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can effectively control their blood glucose and blood pressure levels, improve coronary heart disease symptoms, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
