外来医疗器械及植入物在消毒供应中心集中化管理研究

摘要

目的 分析外来医疗器械及植入物在消毒供应中心集中化管理效果。方法 将2025年1月至2025年12月医院消毒供应中心收集的800件外来医疗器械及植入物当作对象进行回顾性分析，依照集中化管理方法实施时间进行分组，分为对照组（2025年1月至2025年6月，常规管理，n=400）、研究组（2025年6月至2025年12月，集中化管理，n=400）。对比两组的管理效果、不良事件发生率及器械使用满意度。结果 在清洗合格率、消毒合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率及发放合格率上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。在不良事件发生率上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在器械使用满意度上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在消毒供应中心处理外来医疗器械及植入物时，运用集中化管理模式的管理效果确切，能减少不良事件的发生，提高器械使用满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the management effectiveness of centralized management of external medical devices and implants in disinfection supply centers.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 800 external medical devices and implants collected by the hospital’s disinfection supply center from January to December 2025. Participants were divided into a control group (January to June 2025, conventional management, n=400) and a study group (June to December 2025, centralized management, n=400) based on the implementation time of the centralized management method. The management effectiveness, incidence rate of adverse events, and satisfaction with device usage between the two groups were compared.
Results The study group showed higher rates in cleaning qualification, disinfection qualification, sterilization qualification, packaging qualification, and distribution qualification compared to the control group (P＜0.05). The study group had a lower incidence rate of adverse events than the control group (P＜0.05). The study group also reported higher satisfaction with device usage than the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a centralized management model for external medical devices and implants in disinfection supply centers yields definite management effectiveness, reduces the occurrence of adverse events, and improves satisfaction with device usage.
