摘要
机器人手术系统依靠精准化的操作和微创化的优势，已经成为微创外科领域的重要诊疗手段，也促使手术室护理工作由传统的技术配合向专科化、标准化、智能化的综合管理模式转变。本文对机器人手术系统应用背景下的手术室护理发展现状进行综述，分析亚专科护理、多学科合作、流程改进等主要实践模式的特点，探究标准化护理体系和模块化护理的研究状况，对比国内外护理应用差异以及各个专科护理侧重点，并预估智能化技术加持下手术室护理的发展趋向，为机器人手术护理临床操作和研究提供参照。

Abstract
Relying on the advantages of precise operation and minimal invasiveness, the robotic surgical system has become an important diagnosis and treatment method in the field of minimally invasive surgery, and also promoted the transformation of operating room nursing from the traditional technical cooperation mode to an integrated management mode featuring specialization, standardization and intelligent. This paper reviews the development status of operating room nursing under the application background of robotic surgical systems, analyzes the characteristics of major practical modes such as speciality nursing, multidisciplinary collaboration and process optimization, explores the research status of standardized nursing systems and modular nursing, compares the differences in nursing application at home and abroad and the nursing focuses of various sub specialties, and predicts the development trend of operating room nursing supported by intelligent technologies, so as to provide a reference for the clinical practice and research of robotic surgical nursing.
