Analysis of emergency first-aid and nursing key points for acute intracranial metastatic tumors causing cerebral herniation
急诊颅内转移瘤致脑疝的急救与护理要点分析

摘要

目的 探讨急诊颅内转移瘤致脑疝患者的临床急救措施与护理要点，为临床优化救治方案提供参考。方法 对2024年3月-2025年3月本院急诊科收治的60例颅内转移瘤致脑疝患者资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均接受统一的急诊急救处置及系统化护理干预，统计急救相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果 患者经规范急救与护理后，病情均得到有效控制，整体救治效果较好；并发症总发生率为25.00%，各类并发症经对症处理后均好转，无病情恶化及死亡病例。结论 急诊颅内转移瘤致脑疝起病急、病情凶险，快速、规范的急救措施联合全程系统化护理，可有效稳定病情、减少并发症，提高救治安全性，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical emergency measures and nursing points for patients with brain herniation caused by intracranial metastases in emergency, and provide reference for optimizing treatment plans in clinical practice.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 60 patients with intracranial metastases leading to cerebral herniation admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025. All patients received unified emergency treatment and systematic nursing intervention, and emergency related indicators and incidence of complications were recorded.
Results After standardized first aid and nursing, the patient's condition was effectively controlled, and the overall treatment effect was good; The total incidence of complications was 25.00%, and all types of complications improved after symptomatic treatment, with no worsening of the condition or deaths.
Conclusion   Emergency intracranial metastases leading to cerebral herniation have an acute onset and a dangerous condition. Rapid and standardized emergency measures combined with systematic nursing throughout the entire process can effectively stabilize the condition, reduce complications, improve treatment safety, and have high clinical application value.
