Analysis of the optimization effect of integrated nursing and imaging technology management on radiology nursing quality
护理与影像技术一体化管理对放射科护理质量的优化作用分析

摘要

目的 剖析护理与影像技术一体化管控模式在放射科护理实践中的应用价值，明确其对护理质量、诊疗流程及患者就医满意度的优化效能。方法 选取2025年1月-2026年1月我院放射科200例受检者为样本，按时段分组，对照组100例行常规护理管理，观察组100例实施一体化管理，对比两组核心护理指标差异。结果 观察组各项护理质量评分更优，检查各环节耗时更短，不良事件及重复检查发生率均更低，组间数据值差明显（P<0.05）。结论 该一体化模式可破除岗位协作壁垒，提质增效、防控诊疗风险，优化患者就医体验，具备临床推广可行性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of the integrated management model of nursing and imaging technology in the nursing practice of the radiology department, and to clarify its optimization effects on nursing quality, diagnostic procedures, and patient satisfaction.
Methods 200 patients from the radiology department of our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026 were selected as the sample. They were divided into groups according to time periods. The control group of 100 cases received routine nursing management, while the observation group of 100 cases implemented integrated management. The differences in core nursing indicators between the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of various nursing quality indicators in the observation group were better, the time spent on each inspection step was shorter, and the incidence of adverse events and repeated examinations was lower. The differences in data values between the two groups were significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   This integrated model can break through the barriers of position collaboration, improve efficiency and effectiveness, prevent and control diagnostic risks, optimize the patient's medical experience, and has the feasibility for clinical promotion.
