分阶段目标教学应用于肾内科护理实习标准化带教中的价值评价

摘要

目的 评价分阶段目标教学法在肾内科护理实习标准化带教中的应用价值。方法 选取在我院肾内科实习的30名护生作为研究对象，对照组采用传统带教，观察组实施分阶段目标教学，对比两组教学效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组护生的理论考核成绩、操作技能成绩、临床实践能力评分均显著提高，护生对教学效果的满意度、带教老师对护生的优秀率也均明显提升（P＜0.05）。结论 分阶段目标教学法应用于肾内科护理实习标准化带教，效果确切，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application value of the phased objective teaching method in standardized nursing internship training in the nephrology department.
Methods Thirty nursing students interning in the nephrology department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The control group received traditional teaching, while the observation group implemented the phased objective teaching method. The teaching outcomes of both groups were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significant improvements in theoretical examination scores, operational skill scores, and clinical practice ability ratings. Additionally, the satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching outcomes and the excellence rate of nursing students by instructors were also significantly enhanced (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The phased objective teaching method demonstrates proven effectiveness in standardized nursing internship training in the nephrology department and is worthy of widespread application.
