The effect of early rehabilitation training combined with positional nursing on cardiac function recovery in patients with acute myocardial infarction
早期康复训练联合体位护理对急性心肌梗死患者心功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复训练联合体位护理对急性心肌梗死（Acute Myocardial Infarction, AMI）患者心功能恢复的影响。方法 纳入30例AMI患者作为研究对象，均于2025年1月至2025年12月在我院接受治疗。以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组（n=15，给予早期康复训练+体位护理）与对照组（n=15，给予常规护理），对比两组患者心功能指标、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者干预后左心室射血分数（Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction, LVEF）明显高于对照组，左心室舒张末期内径（Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Diameter, LVEDD）明显低于对照组，P＜0.05；干预后观察组生活质量评定问卷（China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases, CQQC）评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；对照组并发症发生率显著高于观察组，P＜0.05。结论 对AMI患者实施早期康复训练+体位护理，能够促进患者心功能恢复，减少并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量，有推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of early rehabilitation training combined with position care on the recovery of cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
Methods Thirty AMI patients were included as the research subjects, all of whom were treated in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group (n=15, given early rehabilitation training + position care) and a control group (n=15, given routine care) by random number table method. The cardiac function indicators, quality of life, and complication rates of the two groups were compared.
Results After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) was significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05; the quality of life assessment questionnaire (CQQC) score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention, P < 0.05; the complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Implementing early rehabilitation training + position care for AMI patients can promote the recovery of cardiac function, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients, which has the value of promotion.
