Research on the combination of kangaroo care and refined care to improve the parenting competence of mothers of premature infants
袋鼠式护理联合精细化护理改善早产儿母亲育儿胜任感的研究

摘要

目的 分析袋鼠式护理联合精细化护理应用于早产儿护理中对其母亲育儿胜任感的改善效果。方法选取2025年1月-2025年12月我院新生儿科收治的60例早产儿及其母亲作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组早产儿接受临床常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上实施袋鼠式护理联合精细化护理干预。比较两组育儿胜任感及心理状态。结果 观察组育儿效能感及育儿满意度高于对照组；观察组母亲焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）、抑郁自评量表得分（Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS）均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 袋鼠式护理联合精细化护理可有效缓解早产儿母亲焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪，显著提升其育儿胜任感与照护技能，有利于建立良好母婴依恋关系，促进早产儿身心健康发育，该联合护理模式具备较高的临床推广与应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of kangaroo style nursing combined with refined nursing on the mother’s parenting competence in premature infant care.
Methods Sixty premature infants and their mothers admitted to the neonatology department of our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group of premature infants received routine clinical nursing interventions, while the observation group received kangaroo style nursing combined with refined nursing interventions on the basis of the control group. Compare the parenting competence and psychological state between two groups.
Results The observation group had higher levels of parenting efficacy and satisfaction than the control group; The scores of maternal anxiety and depression scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Kangaroo style nursing combined with refined nursing can effectively alleviate adverse psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression in premature infant mothers, significantly improve their parenting competence and care skills, facilitate the establishment of a good mother infant attachment relationship, and promote the physical and mental health development of premature infants. This combined nursing model has high clinical promotion and application value.
