The application effect of continuous nursing health education in the care of chronic cervicitis
连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究应用实施连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎患者在其护理中所展现的实施效果与实施价值。方法 回顾性分析我院收治护理的60例慢性宫颈炎患者，他们均来自2025年1月-2026年1月期间，按照患者入院的先后时间顺序将其平均分为对照组和观察组。对比分析两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、炎性因子指标及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组在实施连贯性护理健康教育后其临床总有效率更高，而包括肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha, TNF-α）、白细胞介素-33（Interleukin-33, IL-33）、细胞间黏附分子-1（Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1, ICAM-1）在内的炎性因子指标和包括皮疹、头晕、肝功能异常在内的不良反应发生率均更低。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对慢性宫颈炎患者在其护理工作中应用实施连贯性护理健康教育能够有效改善患者的治疗效果和生活质量，缩短患者的康复进程，降低患者的炎性因子，有效减少临床不良反应的发生案例，对后续慢性宫颈炎护理存在指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the implementation effects and value of coherent nursing health education in the care of patients with chronic cervicitis.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted and cared for in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026. The patients were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group according to their admission sequence. Clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results The observation group exhibited higher overall clinical efficacy after implementing coherent nursing health education, with lower levels of inflammatory factors (including TNF-α, IL-33, and ICAM-1) and fewer adverse reactions (including rash, dizziness, and abnormal liver function). The intergroup differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of coherent nursing health education in the care of chronic cervicitis patients can effectively improve treatment outcomes and quality of life, shorten recovery time, reduce inflammatory factors, and minimize clinical adverse reactions. This approach provides valuable guidance for subsequent chronic cervicitis care practices.
