The impact of personalized care based on holistic nursing concept on postoperative pain degree and quality of life of patients with calcaneal fractures
基于整体护理理念的个性化护理对跟骨骨折患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨基于整体护理理念的个性化护理对跟骨骨折患者术后疼痛的缓解效果及对生活质量的改善作用。方法 将2025年4月-2025年9月我院骨科收治的40例跟骨骨折患者以双色球分组法随机纳入对照组（n=20）和研究组（n=20）中，对照组以常规方法进行护理干预，研究组实施基于整体护理理念的个性化护理，比较两组患者术后不同时段疼痛程度（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）和生活质量（American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, AOFAS踝-后足评分量表）。结果 干预前，两组VAS评分比较，组间差异不明显（P>0.05），干预后均改善，且研究组在干预后2个月、3个月时下降幅度更为明显（P<0.05）；在生活质量评分比较上，两组干预前AOFAS踝-后足评分量表各维度评分未见显著性差异（P>0.05），干预后研究组各维度评分均较干预前明显改善且优于同期对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对跟骨骨折患者实施基于整体护理理念的个性化护理有助于促进患者术后疼痛程度减轻，促进关节功能恢复，对提高患者生活质量有积极效果，极具推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of personalized care based on the holistic nursing concept on the relief of postoperative pain and the improvement of quality of life in patients with calcaneal fractures.
Methods From April 2025 to September 2025, 40 patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (n=20) and the study group (n=20) using the double lottery method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received personalized care based on the holistic nursing concept. The VAS scores of pain and the AOFAS Ankle-Hindfoot Score Scale of quality of life of the two groups at different postoperative time points were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, both groups improved, and the decline in the study group was more obvious at 2 months and 3 months after the intervention (P<0.05). In terms of the comparison of quality of life scores, there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of the AOFAS Ankle-Hindfoot Score Scale between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each dimension of the study group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention and were better than those of the control group at the same time (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing personalized care based on the holistic nursing concept for patients with calcaneal fractures can help reduce the postoperative pain degree, promote joint function recovery, and have a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients, and has great application value for promotion and popularization.
