护患沟通技巧在儿科门急诊护理中的实践与效果分析

摘要
目的 探究专业化护患沟通技巧在儿科门急诊护理中的实践应用价值,评估其对改善护患关系、提升护理依从性、降低护患纠纷发生率的实际效果,为构建儿科优质护理服务体系提供循证实践依据。方法 选取2025年1月-12月我院儿科门急诊接诊的120例患儿及家属为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组各60例,对照组实施儿科常规护理沟通模式,实验组融入共情沟通、游戏化沟通、分层沟通等专业化技巧开展全程护理干预,对比两组护理依从率、家属满意度及护患纠纷发生率。结果 实验组患儿护理依从率、家属护理满意度均显著高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率远低于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在儿科门急诊护理中应用规范化、个性化护患沟通技巧,可有效化解沟通障碍,提升护理配合度,构建和谐护患关系,减少纠纷发生,是提升儿科护理质量的关键举措。

Abstract
Objective To explore the practical application value of professional nurse-patient communication skills in pediatric outpatient and emergency care, and to evaluate their actual effects on improving the nurse-patient relationship, enhancing nursing compliance, and reducing the incidence of nurse-patient disputes, in order to provide evidence-based practice basis for building a high-quality pediatric nursing service system. Methods 120 children and their families who were treated in the pediatric outpatient and emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 60 cases each by random number table method. The control group received pediatric routine communication mode, while the experimental group incorporated professional skills such as empathy communication, game-based communication, and hierarchical communication for the entire nursing intervention. The nursing compliance rate, family satisfaction rate, and incidence of nurse-patient disputes of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing compliance rate and family satisfaction rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was much lower than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying standardized and personalized nurse-patient communication skills in pediatric outpatient and emergency care can effectively resolve communication barriers, improve nursing cooperation, build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, reduce disputes, and is a key measure to improve pediatric nursing quality.
