The impact of comprehensive high-quality nursing on mental health and nursing satisfaction in patients discharged after gallstone surgery
全程优质护理对胆结石术后出院患者心理健康及护理满意度

摘要

目的 评估全程优质护理对胆结石术后出院患者心理健康及护理满意度的影响，创新闭环护理体系，为精准护理提供科学依据。方法 选取同期我院80例胆结石手术患者，随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予常规术后护理及出院指导，实验组采用全程优质护理（涵盖术前评估宣教、术中配合、术后康复及出院随访），干预周期均为3个月。结果 干预后，实验组焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS）评分显著低于对照组（t=9.152，P=0.000；t=8.763，P=0.000），护理满意度显著高于对照组（χ2=5.165，P=0.023），差异均有统计学意义。结论 全程优质护理可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升护理满意度，规避照护断层弊端，促进术后康复，临床应用价值显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the impact of comprehensive high-quality nursing care on mental health and nursing satisfaction in patients discharged after cholecystolithotomy, and to innovate a closed-loop nursing system to provide a scientific basis for precision nursing.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent cholecystolithotomy in our hospital during the same period were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care and discharge instructions, while the experimental group received comprehensive high-quality nursing care (including preoperative assessment and education, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative rehabilitation, and discharge follow-up). The intervention period was 3 months for both groups.
Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=9.152, P=0.000; t=8.763, P=0.000),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher(χ2=5.165, P=0.023). Both differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   Comprehensive high-quality nursing care can effectively alleviate patients’ anxiety and depressive emotions, improve nursing satisfaction, avoid the drawbacks of fragmented nursing care, and promote postoperative recovery. It has significant clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
