Pharmaceutical effects and nursing intervention value of Nafamostat on renal function recovery in patients with blood purification
奈莫司他对血液净化患者肾功能恢复的药学作用及护理干预价值

摘要

目的 探究奈莫司他对血液净化患者肾功能恢复的药学作用及针对性护理的辅助价值，优化诊疗护理方案。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年12月本院92例血液净化患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，各46例。对照组行常规血液净化+基础护理，实验组加用奈莫司他+针对性护理，均持续干预4周。对比两组干预前后血肌酐（Serum Creatinine, Scr）、尿素氮（Blood Urea Nitrogen, BUN）、估算肾小球滤过率（estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, eGFR）肾功能指标、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预后，实验组Scr、BUN水平显著低于对照组，估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）显著高于对照组（t=13.257、11.892、9.764，P均＜0.001）；实验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（总发生率比较：χ2=4.039，P=0.044；单项不良反应及护理满意度比较：采用Fisher确切概率法，P值分别为0.041、0.020）。结论 奈莫司他可通过抗凝、抗炎作用改善血液净化患者肾功能，降低不良反应风险；配合针对性护理可进一步提升治疗安全性与患者满意度，具有重要的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical effects of Nafamostat on renal function recovery in patients undergoing blood purification and the auxiliary value of targeted nursing interventions, so as to optimize the clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing protocol.
Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing blood purification in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional blood purification combined with basic nursing, while the experimental group was given additional Nafamostat plus targeted nursing, with both groups treated for 4 consecutive weeks. Renal function indicators, incidence of adverse reactions, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
Results After intervention, the levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=13.257,11.892,9.764,all P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(Comparison of total incidence: χ2=4.039, P=0.044; Comparison of individual adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction: Fisher’s exact test was used, with P values of 0.041 and 0.020, respectively).
Conclusion   Nafamostat can improve renal function in patients undergoing blood purification through its anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects and reduce the risk of adverse reactions. Combined with targeted nursing, it can further enhance the safety of treatment and patient satisfaction, which has important clinical promotion value.
