Application research of targeted nursing based on core symptom analysis in perioperative period of ovarian cancer patients
基于核心症状分析的针对性护理在卵巢癌患者围术期的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析基于核心症状分析的针对性护理在卵巢癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法 随机将我院100例卵巢癌围术期患者（2024年1月-2025年1月）分为各为50例的两组，对照组（n=50）开展常规护理，观察组（n=50）基于核心症状分析开展针对性护理，对比两组临床效果。结果 观察组干预后安德森症状评估量表-围 手术期妇科版（M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory- Perioperative Gynecologic version, MDASI-PeriOp-GYN）量表、心理状态评分及并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 卵巢癌患者在围术期中基于核心症状分析开展针对性护理，可以减轻患者心理焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，有助于改善患者症状，降低并发症风险，有效提升护理质量，促使患者在术后更快的恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing based on core symptom analysis in the perioperative period of ovarian cancer patients.
Methods 100 ovarian cancer patients in our hospital during the perioperative period (January 2024 to January 2025) were randomly divided into two groups of 50 each. The control group (n=50) received routine care, while the observation group (n=50) received targeted care based on core symptom analysis. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After intervention, the MDASI PeriOp GYN scale, psychological status score, and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing based on core symptom analysis during the perioperative period for ovarian cancer patients can alleviate negative emotions such as psychological anxiety and depression, help improve patient symptoms, reduce the risk of complications, improve nursing quality, and promote faster postoperative recovery.
