摘要
目的 上消化道出血患者危险度分层评估驱动的分级护理干预临床效应探析，为临床护理方案优化提供参考。方法 选取我院2025年度收治的70例上消化道出血患者纳入本研究范畴，随机分两组各35例。对照组接受常规护理路径干预，观察组接受风险维度分层评估为导向的分级照护方案，对比两组干预前后瘙痒程度与生活质量评分。观察并比较两组患者出血控制时效、住院病程及护理满意度相关结局。结果 观察组出血控制时间、临床住院周期均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度较对照组呈明显优势（P＜0.05）。结论针对上消化道出血患者开展危险度分层分级护理，可有效缩短止血时间与住院周期，提升护理服务质量与患者满意度，临床应用效果显著，具备推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of graded nursing intervention driven by risk stratification assessment in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and to provide a reference for the optimization of clinical nursing schemes. Methods A total of 70 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital in 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups "n=35each" . The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received graded nursing based on risk stratification assessment. Pruritus degree and quality of life scores were compared before and after intervention. Bleeding control time, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were also observed and compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding control time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group achieved markedly higher nursing satisfaction compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Risk stratified graded nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively shorten hemostasis time and hospital stay duration, improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction. It has remarkable clinical effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
