临床路径式教学法在肝胆外科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨临床路径式教学法在肝胆外科护理带教中的实践效果,优化带教模式,提升护理实习生的临床综合能力与带教质量。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月我院肝胆外科80名护理实习生,随机分组。对照组行传统带教(随机授课、实操示范等),观察组采用临床路径式教学法(按大纲及专科特点制定标准化路径分阶段教学),比较两组理论考核成绩与带教满意度。结果 观察组实习生理论知识考核成绩、临床操作技能评分及护理文书书写质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组带教满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论 临床路径式教学法应用于肝胆外科护理带教效果显著,可提升实习生综合能力,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of clinical pathway teaching method in nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, optimize the teaching mode, and improve the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing interns and the quality of nursing teaching.
Methods A total of 80 nursing interns in the hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode including unstructured lectures and practical demonstration, while the observation group implemented the clinical pathway teaching method with standardized phased teaching paths formulated according to the syllabus and professional characteristics of hepatobiliary surgery. The theoretical assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment, clinical operation skills and nursing document writing quality of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.001); the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical pathway teaching method has a remarkable effect in nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, which can effectively improve the comprehensive abilities of nursing interns and is worthy of clinical promotion.
